What is the Ethical Channel?
The Ethical Channel is the internal communication channel of Grupo Moure 24, S.L. and its subsidiaries, Autonet Baleares, S.L., Petronet España, S.A.U., Kumbra Yachts, S.L.U., Techtail Retailer, S.L. and Washnet Factory, S.L. (hereinafter referred to as «GRUPO MOURE») for submitting inquiries or internal communications regarding potential illicit activities, irregularities and non-conformities about actions or omissions that may constitute violations of:
- European Union law.
- Serious or very serious criminal or administrative offenses.
- Labor law regarding occupational health and safety.
- Regulations applicable to GRUPO MOURE.
Channel Principles
The Ethical Channel is based, among others, on the principles of confidentiality, good faith and prohibition of retaliation, so the rights of the persons who contact us will be respected at all times.
The information provided through this channel must be accurate and relate exclusively to an action or omission that could be a legal violation or a transgression of our General Code of Conduct.
The regulations guarantee that no retaliation will be taken against persons who use the Ethical Channel appropriately, always respecting the rights of the persons who communicate with us. However, it also establishes sanctions for cases of improper use, such as the submission of false information.

Written Communications
Submit written communications securely and confidentially.
Voice Recordings
Submit communications through voice recordings.
Follow-up
Track previously submitted communications using a unique code.
Prohibited Use
The use of the Ethical Channel is not permitted for other purposes, including purely labor matters that do not involve legal violations (such as interpersonal disputes that do not constitute harassment or problems with employment conditions), or complaints related to the day-to-day management of services provided by the Group companies (for example, incidents at a service station), which must be managed through the channels established for such purposes.
